BALWYN NORTH HOUSE

This beautiful home in Balwyn North is a split level SIPs (Structural Insulated Panel) house which follows the slope of the land, in order to comply with the height regulations and in order to avoid the need of a town planning permit.  This design also captures the spectacular views of Melbourne’s inner north east. We are so proud of this design and honoured (but not surprised) that it was nominated for Australia Best Home, the first Passive House to featured on this show.  We had so much fun being part of the filming and thank you to Black Brick Home Staging for helping make this already beautiful home TV ready and to the owners for allowing us access to their family home for the day.
