BRUNSWICK HOUSE

​We are so thrilled to share the photos from this great project with you. This small and outdated weatherboard home got a full makeover. The house has been fully insulated and high performing double glazed windows have been installed throughout. The rear of the property now comprises of a spacious open kitchen / living / dining area.  Featuring an insulated polished concrete slab and exposed CLT (cross laminated timber) walls and ceiling. Tucked away behind the kitchen is a small self-contained studio, together with the laundry and a small bathroom. But the hidden hero of this project is the amazing roof top terrace, with views of the city. Built by Nadia Built
