OAKLEIGH DEVELOPMENT

The clients have decided to demolish the cold and draughty existing house and to build 2 new homes on their block. They will live in the unit and the back and the front unit will either be sold or kept as an investement. There has been some changes to this project. But, we have received a town planning permit and will start with the construction documentation soon. Stay tuned.
